Our friend does not use any chemicals and cultivates as tradition without the aid of any machinery. This White Tea is considered one of the finest White Teas on the market. The tender apical buds not yet to open are collected only in spring on sunny days and placed one by one on bamboo mats for them to simply dry in the shade for 4-6 days. Only a few dozens of pounds are produced each year. It is considered an aging Tea for its organoleptic characteristics that are refined over time. Definitely a Tea for special occasions.

Taste: Very delicate, with hints of fresh flowers reminiscent of the spring, slightly sweet honey.
Color: Luminescent golden yellow.
Ingredients: Tea Leaves
Preparation: We recommend using spring water. Given the delicate nature of this Tea, washing the leaves is not required. We recommend the use of teapots in glass or porcelain.
Temperature: 80°C - 85°C
Infusion time: 1 minute early infusions, 2 minutes the next.
Number of infusions: Up to 4-5 infusions.
Quantity: 3-4g for 200-250cc of water.
Tips: A Tea for special occasions, delicate flavor and persistent taste that satisfies the palate of connoisseurs. Like all White Teas it is rich in antioxidants. In order not to alter the beneficial properties and the original flavor do not add milk, lemon, sugar or honey.
