We wish to remind you that Tea should be drunk with no additional substances. A study that has been carried out by Berlin University has shown that milk in Tea can stop or reduce the benefits of the Tea. Indeed, milk can inhibit the healing powers of Tea molecules, in particular the EGCG.
We also advise you against drinking Tea with lemon, as this alters the color and the taste of Tea. Sugar in Tea should be very limited, as it is against many of the healthy principles of Tea and has many counter indications: it is harmful for heart and blood vessels, it can promote the formation of bacteria, it is not recommended in diets, it lowers the effect of vitamin C and it causes tooth decay.
