Fabulous Yellow Tea, from the mountains of Yunnan at an altitude of about 1200mt. Our farmer friend produces small quantities following the tradition. Finally we found the first Yellow Tea on our list, our new farmer friend produces it exactly as we were looking for; without any use of chemicals and pesticides and with great respect for nature. With hints of chocolate and honey. From the Chinese huangcha 黄茶 (Yellow Tea). This is a variation in the processing of Green Teas with the addition of a "yellowing" phase (menhuang 闷黄). Nominally it is a slightly postfermented Tea, but often has a low degree of oxidation. Production is limited to some areas of China.

Category: Yellow Tea.

Origin: Yunnan, China.

Taste: Delicate, with hints of melon, chocolate, honey and a balanced taste that leaves a sweet fruity aroma.

Color: Yellow-orange glow.

Ingredients: Tea Leaves.

Preparation: We recommended to use spring water.

Temperature: 80°C - 85°C.

Infusion time: 50-60 seconds.

Number of infusions: Up to 2-3 infusions.

Quantity: 1 BioFilter per cup.

Suggestions: A great Tea for mornings or afternoons, accompanied by delicate pastries. Rich in antioxidants! To avoid altering the beneficial properties and the original flavor, we recommend not to add milk, lemon, sugar or honey.

Molto buono diverso da tutti gli altri verde, bianco penso che abbia superato anche il puher allo zenzero che adoro. peccato che ne ho ordinato solo una scatola!!!!
