WHY WELLNESS

Drunk alternating throughout the day, these two fabulous teas, thanks to their high content of flavonoids, catechins and beneficial microorganisms, can greatly help us lose weight, reduce the risk of contracting cancer, maintain the level of cholesterol and blood sugar under control, and help us keep our cardio-circulatory system protected from risks of heart attacks and strokes.

Not to forget the extraordinary antioxidant action at the cellular level throughout the body, a real regulatory barrier against free radicals, considered to be the cause of all degenerative diseases.

That is why it is important to include these two teas in our daily diet, so these valuable substances will always be present in our body which helps our immune system to stay healthy and protect us from attacks of external viruses, bacterias and chemical pollutants.

As always, carefully selected by us in Biotea directly at the place of origin, the complete absence of pesticides and synthetic chemicals of any kind is guaranteed!

WHEN TO DRINK

It is recommended to drink the Puerh hot during and after meals, and Matcha Green Tea for breakfast and with an afternoon snack. At least 4 cups a day of Puerh, a thermos of 1 litre of hot Pu Erh brought to work is a great way of drinking throughout the day. Don't drink on an empty stomach, always eat something before or while taking.
Drink Puerh when you feel heavy, when you've had too much food or alcohol, or even just when you feel the need. If you have a headache try a cup of Pu-Erh instead of taking a pill, it might change your mind about the drug you were about to take..
Drink as much as you feel like, their purifying and protective characteristics will make you feel fit and full of energy.
Both have a low caffeine content and are usually well tolerated when drunk in the evening. Give it a try anyway, starting with a small amount on the first night to test your tolerance to caffeine, and then adjust accordingly. If they give you problems of insomnia, drink the last cup at dinner but not after. Most people who are sensitive to caffeine of coffee have no problems with these two Teas, we selected them because they are very delicate, and very rich in beneficial substances.

qualità de prodotti eccellenti, sia il puerh che il matcha sono veramente buoni. Li sto assumendo regolarmente ed ho recuperato energia sia fisica che mentale. Al controllo esami il colesterolo era sceso notevolmente ed anche il peso è perfetto, non riesco ad assumere quantità di cibo superiori al necessario. Prodotti che tutta la famiglia ha piacere di prendere
Servizio impeccabile, su una consegna più che nella norma, ma con ritardo di un paio di giorni rispetto al consueto, mi sono pervenute delle bustine in omaggio accompagnate da un grazioso bigliettino di scuse. Un piacere dunque, su tutti i fronti ❤️

ottimi i te, il puerh è molto piacevole da bere e ha effetti immediati sulla digestione, spero anche di riuscire ad abbassare il colesterolo.
il matcha è delicato e riesco a berlo anche se non è il mio tè preferito.
la tisaniera è bellissima e comoda da usare. consiglio questa promozione
