In China, the Tea ceremony (Gong Fu Cha) is carried out using tables with the aim of collecting the water and Tea that are produced during the preparation of the Tea. These tables can be of various shapes and materials. Some of these tables collect the water inside them and should be emptied regularly, others have a drainage tube which carries the water outside, to containers such as vases made of porcelain or other materials.
