The Soft Branch cultivar is native to Taiwan for the production of Oolong Teas. In Yunnan it gives the best if turning into a delicious Black Tea. It is cultivated at an altitude of 1890mt. The people who grow it are our dear friends who firmly believe in the concept of natural, no type of chemical is used from cultivation to processing. The leaves are fermented in small bamboo baskets allowing a full and homogeneous oxidation. The result is a unique tea with a fruity and complex aroma. It is advisable to infuse it with the Gong Fu Cha method to better enjoy the aromatic differences of each infusion. Great also cold! For connoisseurs.
