Our small producer uses a local Cultivar to produce this fabulous Green Tea, resulting in a complex, rustic Tea with a full flavor that represents at its best the culture and flavors of the place. The fact that it does not undergo the classic hot roasting of green teas but only a long and controlled air drying protects all the beneficial antioxidants of which it is very rich.

Origin: Puerh, Yunnan, China

Taste: Full, hay, slightly fruity

Color: Luminescent, clear golden yellow.

Ingredients: Tea leaves.

Preparation: We recommend using spring water. Leaf washing must be very fast. We recommend using glass or porcelain teapots.

Temperature: 80 ° C - 85 ° C

Infusion time: 1 minute the first infusion the following add about 30/40 seconds.

Number of infusions: Up to 3/4

Quantity: 2 / 3g for 200 / 250cc of water
