The Pu-Erh Tea is considered to be the "Blood Sweeper" because it helps to eliminate toxins that are ingested with food. Recommended hot during meals and can be drunk all day long. Our Pu-Erh has a low content of caffeine, a sweet and round taste, pleasing to the palate. Grown in organic farms where pesticides and synthetic chemicals are not used.

Pu-Erh Tea is native to Yunnan in China. It is cultivated in this area for about four thousand years and is definitely the most mysterious of all Tea varieties in China. It has a pronounced aroma and an earthy flavor and is one of the few Teas that improves with aging. Like wine you can find aged decades at high costs. Our Pu-Erh comes from a small producer friend from Simao county (City of Pu-Erh), who grows and works according to the concept of nature and respect to men and environment without the use of any chemicals.

Preparation: It is recommended to use spring water. It is recommended to wash the leaves and the use of earthenware teapots.

Temperature: 90°C - 95°C.

Infusion time: 50 seconds for first and second infusion, after that keep a bit longer
according to personal taste.

Number of infusions: Up to 3-4 infusions.

Quantity: One teaspoon of leaves per cup.

Tips: For its quality it is suggested during meals and also in the evening hours. In order not to alter the beneficial properties and the original flavor it is not recommended to add milk, lemon, sugar or honey.
