BLACK PUERH

Puerh is considered a medicine in the Chinese tradition and it is definitely one of the most popular Teas in China. It has remarkable healing and protective properties on the gastrointestinal tract. It helps digestion, inhibits the absorption of fat in the blood and helps to keep down the cholesterol level. It removes excess sugars and that's why it is suitable also for those who suffer from high blood sugar. Puerh Tea is considered to be the "Blood Sweeper" because it helps eliminate toxins that are ingested with food. Recommended hot during meals and can be drunk all day long. Our Puerh has a low content of caffeine and a sweet and round taste, pleasing to the palate. Grown in organic farms where pesticides and synthetic chemicals are not used.

MARVELOUS BLACK

The “Soft Branch” cultivar is native to Taiwan for the production of Oolong Teas. In Yunnan, it gives its best when turning into a delicious Black Tea. It is cultivated at an altitude of 1890 meters. The people who grow it are our dear friends who firmly believe in the concept of the natural, no pesticides or chemicals are used from cultivation to processing. The leaves are kept in small bamboo baskets allowing a full and homogeneous oxidation. The result is a unique Tea with a fruity and complex aroma. It is advisable to infuse it with the “Gong Fu Cha” method to better taste the aromatic differences of each infusion. Great cold! For connoisseurs.

GREEN SUMMER

This Green Tea fully represents the taste and flavors of traditional Teas. Grown in Yunnan at 1300 meters it is simply put to dry in the air with a controlled temperature without any other process. The buds and the first leaves are covered with classic White Tea fluff. Rich in Antioxidants! Our small Producer uses a local cultivar to produce this fabulous Green Tea, resulting in a complex, rustic Tea with a full taste that represents at most the culture and flavors of the place. The fact that it does not undergo the classic hot toasting of Green Teas but only a long and controlled air-drying preserves to the maximum all the beneficial antioxidants of which it is rich.

WILD MOONLIGHT YUNNAN

White Puerh Tea from the mountains of Yunnan. This Tea is not grown but simply harvested from wild forest trees. The flavor is rich and honeyed with hints of ripe fruit. Rich in antioxidants, it is a unique and special Tea. The buds, still to be opened, and some underlying leaves are collected exclusively at full moon, and worked in the dark as tradition dictates, Hence its name Moon Light. Then, it is simply dried in the dark for 4-6 days. This is an aging Tea due to its organoleptic characteristics that are refined over time.
A tea to be tasted in moments of relaxation.

YUNNAN TIANZI

This wonderful Green Tea comes from the forests in the tropical mountains of Jingmai on the border with Myanmar in the south of the Yunnan region where the bulang ethnic communities live. Our farmer friend is part of these communities which were the first to discover the qualities of Tea. For them it was and is the elixir of long life. It comes from wild trees aged about 200 years; these are the centuries-old trees of Yunnan the deities of the forest. Harvested exclusively by hand by our farmer friends this is a unique Green Tea. They collect the leaves with the buds which are located at half the height of the trees. After harvesting, the leaves are left to dry in the sun and then roasted in large wok. This is a unique and inimitable aging Tea.

JASMINE DRAGON PEARLS

Precious Jasmine Green Tea. The best spring buds are placed in direct contact with Jasmine flowers and naturally absorb their aroma.After aromatization the flowers are separated from the buds. This process takes place in repeated stages. In the second time the leaves are rolled by hand forming the precious Pearls. Jasmine flowers come from the Guangxi region of China where the best quality is found. It is produced by a small producer friend of ours without the use of any synthetic chemicals.
