This Oolong is grown in Yunnan on Mount Dahei at an altitude of 2000 meters using the Jinxuan cultivar from Taiwan. It undergoes a very light oxidation which helps retain the health benefits of Green Tea with a more pronounced aromatic profile.

Preparation: it is recommended to use spring water. Washing the leaves and using glass or porcelain teapots is advised.
