"Yunnan Tianzi Puerh" - Loose Leaf Green Puerh Tea

New

This wonderful Tea comes from the forests of Jingmai Mountains in the tropical border with Myanmar in southern Yunnan region where the Bulang ethnic communities live. Our farmer friend is part of these communities which were the first to discover the qualities of Tea. For them it was, and is, the elixir of life.

More info

It comes from wild trees of the age of approximately 200 years. These trees are Yunnan Forests' divinity. Collected by hand by our farmer friends, this is a unique Green Tea. They collect the leaves with the buds which are located at half the height of the trees. After harvesting, the leaves are left to dry in the sun and then roasted in large wok at a temperature of 100°C for 10-12 minutes, after which they are simply left to dry in the sun again for one or two days depending on the weather. Only about 150kg are produced every year. This Tea can be aged well, it is unique and inimitable.
