The name of this fabulous tea comes from the color of its leaves and the infusion that has purple / blue reflections due to a high content of Anthocyanins, the same antioxidant benefits present in many fruits such as blackberries, raspberries and some vegetables. It is a rare Tea that is grown in predisposed areas in the forest at high altitude. The cultivar is called Purple Beauty which takes its name from the color of its leaves. Cultivation is completely natural without the use of chemistry, it receives all the necessary nutrients from the forest ecosystem. The only manual interventions are the cleaning of the surrounding soil and the collection of leaves. The cultivation area is the Mountain "Bitter Bamboo" near the town of Puerh at a height of 1600Mt. The processing is low oxidation, with a medium roasting, and it is dried in the sun without other steps, this procedure maintains the antioxidant benefits and enzymes of which it is rich.
The taste is unique and particular, slightly sour, with hints of camphor and berries, fresh on the palate. For connoisseurs!

Ingredients: Tea leaves.

Preparation: It is recommended to use spring water. Washing leaves must be very quick. We recommend the use of glass or porcelain teapots.

Temperature: 80°C - 85°C

Infusion time: 1 minute the first 2 infusions the next add about 30/40 seconds.

Number of infusions: Up to 4/5 infusions

Quantity: 3g per 200/250cc of water

Tips: a Tea for all hours of the day. Excellent to drink hot during meals or accompanied by delicate desserts. Rich in antioxidants. In order not to alter the beneficial properties and the original flavor it is recommended not to add milk, lemon, sugar or honey.
