We called this fabulous Green Puerh Tea "Mingzhe" because that's what our little producer friend is called. It comes from Mount Namu in Yiwu District, Xishuangbanna in southern Yunnan. The trees are planted directly by small producers in the forest in small areas prepared and left to grow free without pruning and other interventions, the leaves are harvested in spring and autumn. In this way they grow in harmony with their natural environment naturally acquiring all the necessary elements to obtain the highest quality and genuineness. No type of chemical substance is used, as our laboratory analyzes show, everything is left exclusively to nature. This tea comes from trees over 50 years of age and is excellent for aging acquiring value in terms of quality and value.

Taste: undergrowth, a bit flowery with hints of camphor, slightly fruity.
Color: straw yellow.
Ingredients: Tea leaves.
Preparation: it is recommended to use spring water and the use of glass and porcelain teapots.
Temperature: 85°C - 90°C
Infusion time: 1 minute the first infusion, add a few seconds to the next.
Number of infusions: given the superior quality of this tea, it is also possible to make 5/6 infusions with the same leaves throughout the day.
Quantity: 2gr of leaves per cup.
Tips: it is recommended for breakfast and in the afternoon accompanied by sweet or savory foods. In order not to alter the beneficial properties and the original flavor, the addition of milk, lemon, sugar or honey is not recommended.
