Another Jewelry of our Selection. This unique Tea comes from the pristine forests of Jingmai, Yunnan; a very famous place for the production of the best Puerh Teas. It is not cultivated, it grows wild in the forest and comes from centenarian trees. Collectors use ladders to reach the most tender leaves. The taste is fresh, slightly flowery but complex, the liqueur is clear. A green Puerh that maintains part of the enzymes and that over time acquires body and aromas, for this reason it is excellent for aging. For connoisseurs.

Origin: Jingmai Mountain, Yunnan, China

Taste: Delicate, slightly flowery, undergrowth and sweet. Balanced and leaves a fresh aftertaste in the mouth. Even in the latest infusions the aroma is incredibly persistent.

Color: Luminescent, golden yellow.

Ingredients: Tea leaves.

Preparation: We recommend using spring water. Leaf washing must be quick. We recommend using glass or porcelain teapots.

Temperature: 85°C - 90°C

Infusion time: the first 3/4 infusions very quick for about 15/20 seconds maximum, the following 30/40 seconds approximately.

Number of infusions: Up to 8/10 infusions

Quantity: 2/3g for 200/250cc of water

Suggestions: a Tea for all hours of the day. Best enjoyed hot during meals or accompanied by delicate sweets. Rich in antioxidants. In order not to alter the beneficial properties and the original flavor it is advisable not to add milk, lemon, sugar or honey.
