Ingredients: Tea leaves.
Preparation: We recommend using spring water. Leaf washing must be very fast. We recommend using glass or porcelain teapots.
Temperature: 85°C - 90°C
Infusion time: 2 minutes the first 2 infusions the following add about 30/40 seconds.

Quantity: 2/3g for 200/250cc of water
