This is a valuable imperial Tea; it originates from the Fujian region. Its leaves are jade green and the buds are called “Silver Needles” or Yin Zen. The tender small leaves and The buds are completely hand harvested and then left to dry and desiccate away from direct heat. This process helps to keep all its beneficial properties intact.

Ingredients: Tea Leaves.
Preparation: Spring water is highly recommended. As it is a very delicate Tea, washing the leaves is not needed. We recommend using Glass or Porcelain Teapots.
Temperature: 70°C - 80°C
Infusion time: 60 seconds
Number of infusions: Up to 3 infusions
Quantity: Two teaspoons of leaves for each cup.
Tips: This is a wonderful afternoon Tea. We advise against adding milk, lemon, sugar or honey in order not to alter its beneficial properties and the original taste.
