"Bai Mu Dan Guangxi Special" - White Tea

This delicate Tea is collected entirely by hand by one of our farmer friend in his own garden at an altitude of 1300mt. Our friend does not use chemicals and cultivates without the use of any machinery. It is considered one of the finest White Teas on the market. The tender apical buds yet to be opened and the underlying leaves are collected only in spring on sunny days and rest on bamboo mats to simply dry in the shade for 4-6 days. It is considered an aging Tea due to its organoleptic characteristics which are refined over time.

Taste: flowery, fresh and velvety.

Color: pale yellow luminescent, with white reflections.

Ingredients: Tea leaves.

Preparation: it is advisable to use spring water. Given the delicacy of this Tea, it is not necessary to wash the leaves. We recommend using glass or porcelain teapots.

Temperature: 70°C - 80°C.

Infusion time: 60 seconds.

Number of infusions: up to 3 infusions.

Quantity: 2 teaspoons of leaves per cup.

Suggestions: Fabulous afternoon Tea. In order not to alter the beneficial properties and the original taste we recommend not to add milk, lemon, sugar or honey.
