It is collected and processed in the early spring by one of our farmer friends. Only the unopened buds and a few leaves below it are harvested, the processing is complex and follows the tradition scrupulously. The difference between this Tea and the "Black Tip" is the amount of golden buds. In the cup the infusion has a beautiful golden color, a round, rich and velvety flavor. Just like wine, it is a Black Tea that can be aged for a long time if kept in a dry place at a temperature not higher than 25-27°C. The aging of the taste improves over the years acquiring complexity in the aromas.

Taste: sweet, honeyed.
Color: Golden luminescent, with orange reflections.
Ingredients: Tea leaves.
Preparation: It is advisable to use spring water and the use of glass or porcelain teapots.
Temperature: 90°C - 95°C.
Infusion time: 2 minutes.
Number of infusions: considering the superior quality of this Tea it is also possible to make two or three infusions.
Quantity: one teaspoon each cup.
Suggestions: Excellent for breakfast and in the afternoon, can be accompanied by both sweet and savory foods. In order not to alter the beneficial properties and the original flavor, adding milk, lemon, sugar and honey is not recommended.
