"Black Tip" - Loose Leaf Black Tea

It is collected and processed in early spring, by one of our farmer friends. The production of this unique Tea is very limited and is sold exclusively in the Chinese domestic market, however, a very small amount is reserved to us in Biotea. The closed buds are gathered with a few of the leaves below, the processing is complex and carefully follows the tradition. In the teacup it has a beautiful golden color, a round taste, rich and velvety. Just as wine, this Black Tea can be aged for a long time if stored in a dry environment at a temperature of not more than
25°C - 27°C. The refinement of taste improves over the years gaining complexity in the aromas.

Ingredients: Tea Leaves

Preparation: We recommend to use spring water and the use of teapots in glass or porcelain.

Temperature: 90°C - 95°C.

Infusion time: 2 minutes.

Number of infusions: Given the superior quality of this Tea you can make two or three infusions.

Quantity: 1 teaspoon per cup.

Tips: Excellent for breakfast and in the afternoon, can be accompanied by a sweet or savory food. Not to alter the beneficial properties and the original flavor, it is not recommended to add milk, lemon, sugar or honey.
