Our Snow Bud comes from a small producer located in the mountains of Guangxi, at an altitude of 1300 meters. Our friend works according to the concept of natural and organic farming, the quantities produced are limited and the harvest is done exclusively by hand in early spring when the leaves are still closed in small sprouts and rich in nutrients. It's a very delicate Tea, each infusion results in a light infused aromatic complex, which offers a fresh taste, slightly sweet and a hint of roasted chestnuts, the taste is velvety and full-bodied with a long finish. Rich in antioxidants, it is low in caffeine and can be drunk in the evening.

Preparation: We recommend to use spring water. Given the delicacy of this Tea there is no need to wash the leaves. We recommend the use of teapots in glass or porcelain.
Temperature: 75°C - 80°C.
Infusion time: 40-60 seconds.
Number of infusions: Up to 3-4 infusions.
Quantity: 1 teaspoon of leaves per cup.
Tips: Suitable for all day, a great hot drink accompanied with hazelnut or chestnuts sweets. Not to alter the beneficial properties and the original flavor it is recommended not to add milk, lemon, sugar or honey.

Delicato
Un te' che appare quasi trasparente dopo la prima infusione tanto da trarmi in inganno pensando di aver sbagliato qualcosa. In realtà per quanto chiaro e delicato nel gusto per me ha un notevole effetto tonico e forse risulta un te' da gustare in modo piu' meditativo e rilassato rispetto ad altri tè verdi tipo il Mao Feng che può essere considerato un tè della quotidianità.
