The Mao Feng is rich in antioxidants and vitamins, and has all the beneficial properties of the best Green Teas. It is one of the few Green Teas that can age while preserving all the beneficial properties.

This delicate Green Tea comes from the province of Zhejiang in China. It grows in organic farms on the famous mountains of Dao Ren, where pesticides and synthetic chemicals are not used. It has a rich and long history of centuries. The Mao Feng is a Green Tea, whose manufacturing process maintains the individual leaves and buds, and releases a delicate aroma.

Origin: Zhejiang, China.

Taste: Delicate, grassy with hints of wet straw.

Color: Yellow, light green.

Ingredients: Tea leaves.

Preparation: It is advisable to use spring water and to quick wash the leaves with hot water before the first brew. We recommend the use of Teapots in glass or porcelain.

Temperature: 75°C - 80°C.

Infusion time: 1-2 seconds.

Number of infusions: Up to 3 infusions.

Quantity: 1 Teaspoon per cup or one spoon per 500ml Tea Pot.

Tips: A Tea to drink every day at any time, a great hot drink during meals alternating with Pu-Erh. Not to alter the beneficial properties and the original flavor it is recommended not to add milk, lemon, sugar or honey.

Un tè verde leggerissimo e piacevole da bere, Rispetto ad altri tè verdi, questo ha un sapore buono e delicato. Io lo trovo perfetto la mattina, logicamente da bere in purezza.

Anche questo tè mi era stato consigliato dal mio nutrizionista di fiducia. Lo bevo al mattino a colazione naturalmente senza zucchero. Ai pasti bevo un tè puerth nero

Thè fantastico

Non riesco più a farne a meno. Per me è il miglior thè verde che abbia mai assaggiato.
Un consiglio: prima di riempire di acqua la teiera, provate a bagnare leggermente le foglie e a sentire l'odore che sprigiona. Fantastico

Il tè fiorato

Un tè verde Mao Feng veramente di ottima qualità. Il retrogusto è dolce e fiorato, mai troppo tannico. Merita di essere preparato per bene ed essere assaggiato più volte, senza l'aggiunta di zucchero per essere apprezzato fino in fondo. Una volta educato il palato all'assaggio dei tè in foglia, garantisco e ripeto che si può apprezzarne la freschezza fioritura del retrogusto.
