Our small producer uses a local Cultivar to produce this fabulous Green Tea, resulting in a complex, rustic Tea with a full flavor that represents at its best the culture and flavors of the place. The fact that it does not undergo the classic hot roasting of green teas but only a long and controlled air drying protects all the beneficial antioxidants of which it is very rich.
