The Soft Branch cultivar is native to Taiwan for the production of Oolong Teas. In Yunnan it is at its best if it turns into a delicious Green Tea. It is grown at an altitude of 2000 meters. The people who grow it are our dear friends who firmly believe in the concept of natural so no type of chemical is used from cultivation to processing. The result is a unique tea with a fruity and complex aroma.

Taste: Full, of hay, fruity and floral.

Colour: Luminescent, clear golden yellow.

Ingredients: Leaf tea.

Preparation: It is recommended to use spring water. Leaf washing must be very fast. We recommend the use of glass or porcelain teapots.

Temperature: 80°C - 85°C

Infusion time: 1 minute the first infusion, the following ones add about 30/40 seconds.

Number of infusions: Up to 3/4

Quantity: 2/3g per 200/250cc of water

Suggestions: a tea for all hours of the day. Excellent to drink hot with meals or accompanied by delicate desserts. Very rich in antioxidants. In order not to alter the beneficial properties and the original flavor, it is advisable not to add milk, lemon, sugar or honey.
