Pi Lo Chun is a famous green Tea from Jiangsu Province. Renowned for its rolled appearance and its very delicate and sweet taste. Its harvest is done in early spring and the leaves are rolled up in a narrow spiral. It is a popular Tea in China and nowadays it is also cultivated in the provinces of Zhejiang and Sichuan.

Tea type: Green Tea

Taste: It has a slightly fruity and sweet aroma.

Ingredients: Tea Leaves

Preparation: Spring water is highly recommended. Leaves should be washed before the first infusion. Glass or China teapots should be used.

Temperature: 75°C - 85°C

Infusion time: 60 seconds

Number of infusions: No more than three

Quantity: One teaspoonful for each cup.
