Ginger is known now for a millennia to be a part of the diet of many cultures where it is used for its strong anti-inflammatory and antioxidants, combined with the Puerh it offers the maximum of its benefits.

Ingredients: Tea Leaf, Dried Ginger

Preparation: It is recommended to use spring water. It is recommended to wash the leaves and the use of earthenware teapots.

Infusion time: 20 seconds.
